Ter alegrias basta confiar em Deus, acreditar no que a vida nos proporciona
E também  em tudo que nos é permitido de melhor...
Não importa termos ou não bens materiais, ser rico ou pobre
Todos temos nossas horas felizes e momentos de alegrias, não importa onde estamos ....
A felicidade está no coração de cada um de nós, apenas temos que saber sentir e usufruir,
Alegrias acontecem de maneiras diferentes a cada ser humano
Por isso temos que agradecer a Deus por estarmos vivos e com saúde
Sabemos que existem pessoas que muitas das vezes não tem o que vestir
E nem mesmo o que comer no no seu dia a dia
Porém em seu olhar encontramos esperanças e até alegria
Porque lá dentro bem no fundo de tua alma, em seu coração
Mora fé e esperanças de um dia seguinte bom e de um futuro ainda melhor .
Não critique as pessoas pela aparência exterior,
Preocupe-se em entender primeiro suas necessidades e sentimentos,
Se preciso for ajude-a a sorrir doando um pouco de amor e ternura
Sendo caridoso, talvez com uma palavra amiga, um aperto de mão
Ou com apenas um gesto de carinho, sejas sempre sincero
Agindo com honestidade em tuas atitudes e pensamentos,
Doando um pouco das coisas bonitas e boas que existem em você,
Assim terás sempre a consciência tranquila de ter praticado um ato de amor
Te sentirás leve, terás prazer por ajudar alguém,
Alegrias será tua recompensa e assim mais abençoada e cada vez mais feliz...

أفراح ويثق تماما في الله، معتبرا أن الحياة تمنحنا
وأيضا كل ما هو مسموح به في أفضل ...

لدينا جميعا ساعات ولحظات من الفرح، لا يهم أين نحن سعداء لدينا ....
السعادة هي في قلب كل واحد منا، فقط يجب أن تعلم أن يشعر والتمتع به،
أفراح تحدث بشكل مختلف كل إنسان
لذلك علينا أن نشكر الله على قيد الحياة وبصحة جيدة
نحن نعرف أن هناك الناس الذين غالبا ما لا يملكون ما يرتدونه
وحتى ما لتناول الطعام في يومهم إلى يوم
ولكن في عينيه لإيجاد الأمل والفرح
